Product obtained from spray-dried non-fat yoghurt.
It comes in the form of a fine white to yellowish powder. Intense smell and taste, typical of yoghurt. Easy to dose.
Applications:
Due to its characteristics, it is very suitable for recipes where strict humidity control is required and fresh yoghurt cannot be used, such as in chocolates, truffles and various confectionery products. It is also of great interest for its contribution of colour and flavour in sauces, ice creams, sponge cakes, creams, foams and other pastry recipes. For its dosage, bear in mind that 1 kg of this preparation is equivalent to 10 kg of fresh product.
