Product obtained by ultra-fast concentration of blackberry puree, blueberry puree and other added ingredients. Soft fruit pieces (4x5x5 mm) with a deep red colour. Characteristic smell and taste of the fruit.
Applications:
The pieces do not caramelise in the oven, thus maintaining their initial characteristics. They make it easy to create new healthy products.
They can be used in sponge cakes, muffins, muffins, cheesecakes, bread, biscuits, biscuits, chocolates, graham crackers.
Storage conditions
Shelf life of 18 months under the specified storage conditions. Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
