Fat replacement in dairy products (ice creams, creams, etc.). Avoids syneresis during thawing.

How to use

Dissolving
Dissolve in a liquid above 70ºC.
Mix vigorously to facilitate dissolution.
Once dissolved in the liquid, it must stand for at least 2 hours below 5ºC to obtain its full functionality.
It is thermo-reversible between 35 and 40ºC.

Guideline doses
50-200g/kg of liquid.

Storage conditions

Shelf life of 5 years under the specified storage conditions.
Store in a cool, dry place.
