Applications:
This gelatine can be used for mousses, meringues, or other dairy desserts. Cold foams, vegetable pies, meat and fish products.
How to use
- Soak the required amount in cold water for 5 minutes. Dry the water and drain the gelatin sheets.
- Dissolve the leaves in hot water and pour the liquid over the dough to gel. If a cold mass is used, dissolve the gelatine in hot water and quickly add it to the cold mass. Do not allow the gelatine to boil.
- Cool the final product in the refrigerator.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool and dry place. Once the product has been used, it is recommended to keep the container closed and to maintain the storage conditions described. Shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
